1. Service Description

Treasure Garage provides motorcycle rental services in Bali. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rentals through our website and physical location in Tibubeneng, Canggu. Prices and availability are displayed on our platform and may vary. We reserve the right to correct errors and make reasonable substitutions.

2. Booking & Reservation

A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation from us (by email, WhatsApp, or our booking system). You must provide accurate contact details. We may request a copy of your passport or ID and valid motorcycle license (international or local, valid in Indonesia) before or at pickup. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in refusal with no refund.

3. Payment

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment for the rental period must be paid in full or as agreed (e.g. deposit plus balance at pickup). We accept payment through Xendit (PT Sinar Digital Terdepan): cards, bank transfer, e-wallets. By paying, you agree to Xendit's terms. Cash may be accepted at our office by prior arrangement.

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required. The amount is shown at booking. It is held to cover damage, loss, late return fees, or traffic fines. Refunded in full after the motorcycle is returned in good condition. If costs exceed the deposit, you agree to pay the difference.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation by you: no refunds after payment. Exceptions for force majeure (natural disaster, travel ban). Contact us as soon as possible.
• Cancellation by us: if we cannot provide the bike, we will offer a substitute or full refund.
• Early return: no refund. Rental fee is for the full booked period.

6. Rental Period & Late Return

The rental period is defined by the pickup and return dates you select. Late returns: up to 3 hours may incur an hourly fee; more than 3 hours — one full extra day. Extensions must be requested and paid before the period ends.

7. Rider Requirements

You must hold a valid motorcycle license and wear a helmet at all times. You may not sub-rent or allow unauthorised persons to ride. Comply with Indonesian traffic laws. We are not responsible for fines or legal issues arising from your use.

8. Damage, Loss & Theft

You are fully responsible for the motorcycle during the rental. Report any damage, loss, or theft immediately. Repair costs are deducted from the deposit; if costs exceed it, you pay the difference. Lost/stolen motorcycles must be reported to police; you are responsible for full replacement value. Helmets and accessories — replacement cost.

9. Prohibited Use

The motorcycle may not be used for racing, stunts (wheelies, burnouts), off-road (unless designated), outside Bali without permission, or while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If we notice such behavior, we may immediately refuse service, terminate the rental, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, withhold any refund and the deposit. Abuse may result in termination, forfeiture of deposit, and additional charges. No modifications allowed.

10. Insurance

Our motorcycles are not covered by rental insurance. You are responsible for all damage, loss, and third-party liability. We recommend obtaining your own travel or motorcycle insurance before renting.

11. Complaints & Consumer Rights

Under Indonesian Law No. 8/1999 on Consumer Protection, you have the right to file complaints. Contact us first by email or WhatsApp. If unresolved, you may contact BPSK or other relevant authorities.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bali or through mediation.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
